Path Of Exile 2 PM sound BUG

When a special message comes, there is no sound or an incredible sound that cannot be understood. Sometimes, even if I turn all the sounds to the end in the settings, it does not change. Could you please fix the sound alert for POE2 when a PM arrives, just like POE1?
