Soft-locked in the game at Mektul, the Forgemaster boss fight (POE2)

I killed Mwktul after i died to burn damage and when i respawned he was dead and Green axe dropped on the floor. I cant use elevator to descent down and pick it up. So im basically stuck, beacuse even if i restart instance he is dead and axe is waiting for me to pick it up, which i cant. I dont care about no loot, but I would like to continue playing the game.

Same happened to me. Can't reach the hammer.
