Xbox Series S poor balance between performance and visual quality

I’d like to highlight a couple of issues regarding *Path of Exile 2* on the Xbox Series S, particularly around performance and gameplay experience.

Firstly, there’s a noticeable imbalance between visual quality and performance. On higher visual settings, the game looks great, but it runs at only 30 FPS, which is somewhat expected. However, even with the lowest available settings, the frame rate never goes above 60 FPS. Worse, the visuals become so blurry and pixelated that it’s nearly impossible to discern what’s happening on screen, making gameplay harsh on the eyes and unenjoyable. This is further compounded by the lack of resolution options compatible with my monitor. The game doesn’t need to be 4K at 120 FPS—I just want a consistent 60 FPS in HD without the world looking like smudged markers on a whiteboard.

Secondly, I’ve encountered issues with the automatic pausing feature. Living in the South Island of New Zealand, I should have a stable connection to the Auckland servers, yet I frequently experience unpredictable pauses and unpauses during gameplay. While this might be a connectivity issue on my end, it’s extremely frustrating and makes progression difficult.

Are there any fixes or future plans to address these two problems? These improvements would make a huge difference in the overall experience.

im in the same boat , quality wise i dont really care if the care a bit less good locking im not playing on serie S for the best graphic , but that fact that in endgame monster teleport and bug out and got lot of weird lag to the point that my experience is completly different from the story i find it really weird and bit disappointed.

the foliage and ground seem to have alots of pixel that bug out as well.

i really do hope they fix issue cause im loving the game but my endgame experience soo far been pretty low part compare to the first 2 act .
