Can't access my microtransactions in Path of Exile 2 after merged MY PS5 and Steam accounts & Can'

Tuesday, 12/10/24, I bought the game Path of Exile 2 for my PS5 and started playing early access on a new account: RAJADAdeBRUCUTU#9409

I discovered that it was possible to link with the Path of Exile 1 account to inherit the microtransactions made in game 1, mainly the stash tabs.

I then decided to merge my RAJADAdeBRUCUTU#9409 account with my Steam account and Path of Exile 1, ID Muriloqp#317, Steam Profile ID: 76561198419428969, on which I played 267h and bought some microtransaction packages at the time.

Both accounts merged and in poe site i got this in old account:

- 12/11/24: Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack *** (PS: this purchase was did in the PS5 login lol)

- 04/19/21: Deadly Renegade Pack
- 01/31/21: First Blood Pack

When opening the game on the console, I can't choose a different account because the two are merged and overlap, something normal since they are merged, but I am without my microtransactions from game 1 and without my early access coins for purchasing Path of Exile 2.

An email was sent to support yesterday on 12/12/2024, but has not yet received a response.

I am having this exact same issue my friend . Literally word for word. Can’t access the in game store and have merged accounts.
