Path of Exile 2 - Camera Rotation Effect?

Can someone explain to me what it does? It’s in the game settings just under Camera Shake, should i leave it on or disable it?

Hope someone knows, must be one person at GGG or on the forum who knows what (Camera Rotation Effect) does, it’s in the game in the settings menu, must be a reason it’s there.
