Poe2 PS5 account link

Hey guys, new player to POE2 and loving it. So much so that I purchased early access for Steam and Ps5.

I’ve read cross progression is possible, and have linked my steam and ps5 accounts, but neither platform recognizes the other. It sounds like you press R3 on the character select screen to access other accounts on PS5 and a dropdown menu on steam, but neither is working.

Linking the Sony account was kinda weird where it just sent me an email link and it was linked with no login prompt. When I do log in via steam, ps5, or email, it does all send me to the same account.

Anyone running into this? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm having the exact same issue. Both accounts are blinked but nothing from my Ps5 and Steam show up in the other account. My PoE account also doesn't show any characters from PoE2... Hopefully we get an answer.

i bought the key for ps5 in ps store. Then i wanted to play on pc but it didnt work.
When i log in to my account here - the microtransaction appears in the list but i cannot log in to the pc version of the game. It says that i have no key.
I can not see my Character from poe2 or my my stash

How did you even link your PS5 account here though? I tried "Sony link", sent me an URL on mail, but there was no actual "Login to Sony". It just instantly linked it. I don't have any user nor anything, just says "Connected". My characters are on PS5 for now, and there are no characters showing up here on this page.

I'm having the same issue... sentg several e-mails to GGG Customer Service asking for help, but I got no answers what so ever!

In my case it's even worse, I think, because, everytime I try to log in on the website, using Playstation loggin it shows my character from POE1... I don't even know what is my account for POE2 on PS5... =(

And my problem even more worse.

HOLY SHEEEET...

I had the same issue, where I linked my old PoE account, nothing was showing up on PS5 but on Steam it was working fine. So I switched to my main account, (using the switcher on the top right hand corner of login page) on PC (steam) and my character was showing up again on Ps5, but as soon as I accidently switched to my old PoE on Ps5, it disappeared and R3 wouldn't work again. So I had to relog in on PC again, switch to my main and log out while on my main account and it worked again on Ps5. Seems to be a bug on Ps5 when switching to your old PoE account?
