Level 12 Ranger AoE effects stopped working

Support Team,

As soon as I made Level 12 with my Ranger they following skills stopped working:
1. Lightning Rod
2. Escape Shot

The other skills that I have work
1. Bow Shot
2. Lightning Arrow
3. Snipe

I have two XBOX consoles: Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. I have tried the Ranger on both consoles and the same thing occurs. This started when I made Level 12 in the Hunting Grounds zone


Both consoles have the latest firmware
Current version of Path of Exiles 2 PoE2 0.1.0d Game Preview

Default settings on the options with the exception of Screen Shaking which I turned off

Anyone else having the same issue?
