FPS drops and Shader spikes

Hello.
I have an issue with my gaming performance. The FPS start at 120 FPS, but whenever an enemy spawns or I start running, the FPS drops to 80. When a lot is happening in the game, it can drop further to 50 FPS. The strange part is that changing the graphics settings—whether to low or ultra—doesn’t make any difference.

I’ve tried everything people suggested on Reddit and YouTube, but nothing has worked so far, and I’m getting really frustrated. Additionally, when I launch the game, it takes an eternity to load, even though I have it installed on an M.2 SSD, which should be much faster.
I think its a game-problem not a PC problem but im geting frustrated :D
