Can’t access my POE 2 account

Hi there, as Early Access Supporter Packs and Keys are platform-locked, checking the Path of Exile website under my-account/early-access may not show that an account is eligible if they have only so far acquired access on console, as appears to primarily check for PC early access. If you would like to play your Path of Exile 2 characters on PC, you will need to purchase a supporter pack for your account on PC, or acquire a PC early access key from another player.

As Path of Exile 2 is cross-platform, once you have access in this case to both PC and Xbox specifically, all your progress including characters, xp, and inventory as well as microtransactions are shared.
