Accidental double purchase after Transaction Timeout Freeze POE 2

I tried to buy the Unique collection tab on sale (110 coins). On my first try the shop page froze and after a while it clearly said "purchase timed out". At that point I still had all my coins so I repeated the purchase and it seemed to work. After going back to my stash I noticed that I now have two unique collection tabs and had spend 220 coins in total not 110. Is there a way to return or refund one of these tabs since I was not aware that this could happen so easily. Thanks for the help Last bumped on Dec 19, 2024, 10:44:12 PM

I had the same issue on 12/18 buying 4 currency stashes instead of just one, due to timeout and over clicking… Can I get a refund for 3 stashes? I bought those stashes around 22:00 JST. I know you are super busy, your help is much appreciated 🙏 |
