Act 2 relic in Cruel problems Please Help

Hi all found one relic in bony pits and the quest is pointing me to do valley of titans to find other one and its where I found it on normal, done that zone about 8 times nothing so look on reddit and they said it could also be keth zone did that about 5 times no luck.

What am I doing wrong is quest bugged for me now? any help would be appreciated

anyone please?

also can't find the relic from Keth.. ran it about 6 times now on cruel. Had no issue on normal act 2

can any developer help please?
