Blood Sacrifice - Act 3 crule

Im only able to put the heart in spot but i have no dagger to stab the heart with to complete quest for 2 skill points. I have tried to re enter the zone an issue persists. Heart is there but no dagger.

I have not the exact same issue but same fact that i cant complet it as i dropped the heart when in act 1 crule not knowing it was for perminant skill points and now when I go back to act 3 normal I cant get the heart to drop again thus not being able to get the 2 skill points rip I also had the dagger from act 3 normal with me the whole time through crule difficulty as that you cxant drop out your invintory like you can the heart which just dissapears if you drop it. Then when i copmpleated the quest in crule act 3 the one i had extra just vanished.
