Early Access rewards went to the wrong account
I play on this account (Mucky_Pup#7427), but somehow after the launch issues, a new account was created (Mucky_Pup#7306). The Early access bonus shows up, under this account, but the items and coins went to the new account.
Is there a way to transfer the items from the new account to this account? I mainly want my coins on the account I am playing. From: Mucky_Pup#7306 To: Mucky_Pup#7427 Only reason it took me so long to figure it out, was that I thought there was a specific level that might trigger the rewards :( Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 1:25:50 PM

It’s been almost a month since I sent my first email. Rajiv did reply to one of my emails, requesting several details, but then he disappeared right after. This leaves me very disappointed. I purchased early access, and in these almost 30 days, I haven’t been able to play it. I feel completely abandoned by GGG support. I expected more as a customer and player.
