Can't enter the manor even after saving the prisoner and killing the executioner

I killed the executioner and saved the prisoner. I went back to town talked with the prisoner then got off the game. When I got back I killed the executioner again but this time the prisoner wasn't there and the way to the manor wasn't open. I tried closing my game and reopening it but the path to the manor is still closed to me.

The same thing happens to me exactly.

I found that i can actually use waypoints to get into the manor despite never entering it before so this is a way around the bug if you are experiencing it still.

The workaround worked very well. Thanks.
