Ancient Aegis Notable not working

Put ancient aegis on my amulet, didn't increase energy shield at all.

Just wanted to add that this doesn't work even when you allocate it normally. I pathed to it and allocate it and my ES doesn't change at all when wearing hybrid arm/ES body.
