Same for me, Cruel ACT 2 won't update the quest and the item doesn't drop. can confirm another 2 players with the exact same problem. |

Same for me! item dropped but quest dont progress. So i deleted item in hope of dropping it again and fixing the issue, now i dont have the item and quest wont progress :D
