Hi, i kill so many times Ignagduk but i never receive the permanent buff. Please help me with that.

Killed 5 times, searched whole location, traveled in camp on foot, still cant get buff and map icon marked reward is still available.

i got the permanent buff in act 3, but not in the cruel version. |

Similar situation but mine's bugged on regular Act 3. I killed her in Cruel (got item) and realized she wasn't killed in regular, but going back to kill her in regular drops nothing now.

SO I killed her several times in Cruel and no drop...

I also have the same bug on 15 January. Killed Ignagduk many times but cannot get the green item
