Unable to finish ACT 3 CRUEL POE2

Like the title mentioned, I cannot progress to the next content due to some bugs. The quest require me to speak to an NPC in town, but I did that and nothing happns.

Hopefully this little bug is fixed or it will affect many more players like me.

SOLVED:

Figured it out.
1. Go to Ziggurat Encampment (act 3 cruel).
2. Go through the portal across from the well (going to the past).
3. Speak to Doryani (he should have a exclamation point above his head)

The confusing part about this whole progression is that Doryani is in the Zig encampment in the present and pass. So the quest saying "speak to Doryani in the encampment" doesn't specify that you have to go through the portal.
