Ascendancy act 2 CRUEL is bugged

I killed Balbala, she dropped the token and the token said i could use it for more ascendancy points. but the quest does not progress and is stuck on "search Traitors passage", unlike how it played out in act 2 NOT CRUEL.

Are they ever going to address this? This bug has been around for since launch of early access and they have yet to say anything on it from what I have seen.

Same thing happened to me and I can't seem to beat they other I'll send it to see trial got close, but I can't do the other one
