Rattling Sceptre summon Skeletal Warriors limit: Can you have more than 2?

It's alway 2, higher level Sceptre will have stronger skelies and more sockets.

is the highest numer lvl 18 with 4 sockets or how is it capped or know this some one or link? thanks! |
