Mana Siphon visual disappears from transforming rare

In A3 Aggorat (past), I ran into a rare that turned into a dog/wolf, and its Mana Siphon aura effect disappeared, even when it turned back into a humanoid. My mana still drained when near the mob.  Last bumped on Jan 10, 2025, 2:50:56 PM

Still experiencing rares show up sometimes without their visual ring on mana siphon rares.
