I have no access to any purchase

I've played since 2019 on PlayStation. I had stash tabs and mtx bought that granted me ea access for PoE 2 but i can't access any of those (not even premium tabs).

I also tried to buy some points on PoE 2 to re-buy tabs and never received the points. Wrote to the support and got no answer. What i have to do?
