Hardblock on Questline Act2 Cruel, Dreadnought map is not visible on map after using horn

I have finished every step before the Dreadnought map in Act2 but after I used the horn, my questline updated to "Use the Desert Map to travel to the Dreadnought", however it`s not shown on the map I can`t proceed any further.

Ascent to Power questline also stuck at Travel to Traitor`s passage - I completed it few times already just to be sure.

Please support me, I can`t progress in the game any further.

I'm also having this same problem, traitors path has shown unfinished for a hot minute, and now that I'm finished with deshar it's not allowing me to travel to the dreadnought.
