cant open modifer on poe 2

if i want to enter chaos trial i cant because there no modifier showing up i need to choose so i am stuck here

okay i know now why it didnt popped up i got many fps problems so i found a reddit post for poe1

well seems like it was the shaders

so i just deleted "C:\Users\skysa\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config.ini

now its working as it should but jep going from 29 fps to 11 well time for a new gpu
