[PoE2] Left mouse click only attacks, can't pickup objects

When trying to pick an object from the floor, left click usually only attacks even if I'm clicking the object's name. I've tried binding the key to another one, changing resolution in case there's some misplacement due to that, but nothing seems to fix it. The only thing I've found that makes it that sometimes I can pick up some objects is holding Alt while left clicking the object, but still it doesn't always work.

That happened to me that if using certain homing projectile skills on main hand, and there're monsters nearby your location. You can't pickup any item but keep casting skills until you clear out those mobs and corpse.

Bump, this is really bad atm for me and my friend.

We've spent the last 20 min uts trying to fix it.

He was in WASD with curosr aim - we used the item pick key toggle + Ctrl + Z to finally pick up and item with left click ) -mace strick bound to left click.

Diableing item pickup key then seemed to resolved the issues and left click pickup was working as inteded even with mace strike on the hotbar. However went back to try click to move again and the bug has returned, even when returning to WASD, and the disable methods we used previously is having no effect.
