Moment of Zen Locked

After accessing the portal to Moment of Zen in Endgame, I am immediately logged out due to an unexpected error. I opened another map to see if it would resolve the issue but it ended up with Moment of Zen being greyed out and all subsequent nodes after are no longer accessible.
