My points are on the wrong account / no answer from support

I bought the early acces from poe2. Unfortunately the 300 points were sent to my poe1 account. how can I get the points to the poe2 account. I´ve allready send and email to the support. nobody answered. Last bumped on Dec 25, 2024, 4:17:51 PM
