Cannot buy with coins and no Coins on PS5

I bought the POE2 early access on PS5 and PC.
In PS5 I did not get any of the promised 300 Coins. On PC I got the 600 coins from the respective pack, but cannot buy anything cause it only has the "buy points" options, like I did not have any. I am having the same issue. It only shows my coins on this website but even here it does not let me spend them. I cannot buy coins in game either because the screen is blank. I just reached endgame and I really need stash tabs please help
