Bug 1584699430 - Problems Respecing with Hooded One

Found in POE2 PlayStation 5 client ... But ALSO submitted similar POE PS5 client bug.

Essentially:
- visit Hooded One
- refund several passive slots
- select new passive slots
- confirm passive slots
- after confirm, sometimes the confirm popup remains
- open either Hooded One respec or regular Passive tab to confirm new passive slots
- Zone elsewhere
- check Passive tab and the slots have been reset to before Respecing.
