POE2 Xbox controller making game Crash

Using my xbox one S Controller makes the game crash when it is turned off and i swap to keyboard, This also happends if it dies and i use my mouse/keyboard. dont matter what it will crash. ive tested it a few times to be 100% sure its not just me but it does it on my second gaming PC aswell. here is a video of what it looks like when it happends

thats not even a bug they made it so that if your keyboard or controller dies you get logged out so you wont potentially die
