No access to POE2 even tho I bought it...

Hi, I redeemed a code that a friend gave me who bought POE2 for me on Epic but when I launch the game it says I have no access. So I got to link my account on this website, still no access. I check for access here, still nothing. I enter the same code again here and it says invalid, because I used it on Epic. This account and my epic account are linked, I literally have the game installed on Epic, I would not be able to do that without having bought it. PLEASE HELP

I'm having the same issue. Sad to see you've gotten no replies on this post. I just posted the exact same problem, except with my Steam account instead of Epic. I haven't gotten a reply either.
