I purchased three packs on Steam but PoE 2 balance and cosmetics still stay the same.

Hello there,

I couldn't explain the incident clearly on the title, my problem is this: I had bought the Faridun Pack on November 30th on Steam and linked my PoE 2 account with Steam. Everything was fine, i have got my in-game coins and cosmetics. Today, i decided to buy two other packs; ''Early Access'' and ''Ogham Pack'' because they were fair to be purchased if you consider the in-game coins.

It's been a couple of hours since i did it but my in-game balance is as same as before, so are other supporter packs' cosmetics, nothing changed.

Is there any way for my account to be updated regarding to my last two purchases?
