Curses are not benefiting from their Passive Tree perks

I based my build around using curses and unlocked every nodes related to it . Regardless of those investments , when using the Cold Curse it's duration remains at 6.8 seconds even though it should be the double of that ... i am questionning myself if other related "buffs" are not being triggered as well , such as limiting health / shield regen of the cursed target ...

I have the same problem with curse duration passives.
What I see
- gems with duration (Persistence) seem to work/show fine on the skill-breakdown panel
- negative duration from passive tree (Reduced Duration, Forthcoming) seem to work/show fine on the skill-breakdown panel
- 'Curse Duration' passive notes on the way to 'Lingering Whispers' do not show any change on the skill-breakdown panel

I haven't reached 'Lingering Whispers'. But why bother.

Ahh seems I was already at the right place. xD

Every modification of Curse durations through general modifiers of duration works fine ( "skill duration" modifier , gem altering duration , ... ) what does not work is the implement of the "curse duration" modifier itself . It does not appear in the skill detailed stats and does not apply to curse .

So now that i took several Skill Duration modifiers my Curse is 15 seconds long , still less than it should if the Curse Duration modifiers were working . And i lost 100K of gold in the process ...
