Help with visual effects

So, in poe1 I've just put together an endgame Templar build whose gimmick is effectively being immortal but always at 1 life. Never built an endgame build like this before and was just wondering if there's a way to turn off the low life blood effect at the edge of screen? It's kind of annoying and hurts visual clarity, and I'm not seeing anything under options
