[POE2] The Molten Vault- Unable to reach Hammer of Kamasa

I killed the area boss and it dropped the hammer as well as other items, when i tried to move or click on anything I was unable. I respawned at check point, but the last check point was above the lift. There is no way to take the lift back down to grab the hammer, I've tried restarting the game.

same here, only thing i saw that may work is to take leap slam, but im a sorc and nowhere near enough strength to get it. I put on all gear that boosted my strength and was able to do it! leap slam needs min of lvl 7 skill gem so hopefully you have one as the strength req. is lower there. I had to do it with a lvl 9 gem and needed alot more strength gear but it worked!!

I know this post is old but I had the same thing happen to me. What I did was exit to character selection and load back in. Everything was there and I was able to move and pick up the hammer. Hopefully this will help anyone else with this issue.

Had this happen to me also. The boss before dying hit mit into the wall. I was unable to pick it up. I used ESC -> Respawn at checkpoint. From there the lift was not usable. I can see the hammer lying down there but no way to access. Restart to Character Screen or Restarting the game did not work.
