Account locked mid map no response for over a week

So this is my account from POE 1 (didnt know it wouldnt link with my steam account) So my steam POE 2 account says Account locked please contact support. Which I did, i know the wait right now is longer than normal but does anyone have any kind of general ETA window of how long they are taking to respond right now, I just wanna know if its gonna be a few days a week, month, i just spent alot of money for stash tabs and cosmetics and got locked.

wont be for weeks. My account has been locked for over 2 weeks now without a response from support

i basically just gave away money at this point. Worst part is getting a second account going just to play wouldnt even be worth because that one might get locked out. kinda sad and dissapointing.
