There is apparently 1 potion of mana which has some text regarding Mana - Life conversion, try to swap your mana flask

was wondering too and it appears it was my flask
|

Died twice today before I figured it out. Specifically the Mana flask mod 'take 15% of the amount of mana returned from health' bypasses MoM and affects your health directly. Bit of an issue with you are CI with 1 health. |
