Delirium not spawning Delirum Mobs, not expiring and not giving progress

Monster Level: 73
Areas contains Ritual and Delirium Mirror

Killed a few mobs at the start, couldnt see mirror. Then saw it off to the side, triggered it, fog spread, no new mobs appeared.

Killed the normal map mobs, and cleared the map. 0 progress, and it never expired. Even went back to hideout twice, and its still active now while typing this.

I didnt trigger the rituals either as they're too deadly for my build. But not sure if having a ritual in the map makes any difference so thought id mention it.

Clicked the End button, the fog disappeared, nothing else happened, no loot.
