Transfer points to another sub account
Due to server load on day 1, the account creation website apparently created 2 accounts. Not knowing i was playing on a subaccount this whole time, meaning my 300 points from EA pack are on the wrong account. Ive reached to support twice but no luck so far. How long does it usually take for support to respond, and would they normally do point transfers between accounts? Normally i wouldnt be inpatient but i want to buy the discounted stash tabs so i want to know on which account i have to continue.

unless you can prove it with an ID and purchase email stuff, i doubt they do anything like that because of fraud
steal a credit card, buy something , tell ggg you bought it on the wrong account |

I have exactly the same problem. I bought the early access pack with 300 points and these points were allocated to my main POE 1 account. In POE 2, I only have 0 points. As a result, I still can't buy stash for the new POE 2, which are blocked in POE 1. LéDoaDansLeNé.

I guess we have to be patient, I emailed 3.5 weeks ago about a transfer from sub account to my main and no response yet.

I Have the same problem and Cannot get a reply about this. So you all think it is cool to just ignore this issue @gms? Not cool man not cool at all I see you all reply to other stuff, alot of it but ignoring this problem on every thread and only have a forum up explaining the Sub-account system which you never find if you do not have this problem! FIX IT! WE NEED HELP! YOU TOOOK OUR MONEY!
