Unable to finish ACT 2

I'm at the end of Act 2, where we need to dispel the sandstorm with the horn of vastiri, I have the horn in my inventory and I cannot progress. The waypoint leads me to the traitor's passage to move the caravan. And then... idk what to do? So I go through the Halani Gates a couple times and defeat Jamanra again... and we get to the sandstorm again... and nothing. No waypoint, no exit out of the caravan... Must be a bug

Nevermind! The next quest marker is on the tail end front of the caravan where the slaves are visible... Guess I must be sleepy. Will continue after my beauty rest
