[Trade] Whispers to sellers not possible (account not logged in)

Hi,

anyone has the same issue on Xbox? Problem: I`m not able to send out a whisper to the seller after finding an item in the trade shop.


Note: I`m level 54, am also always logged in game, also logged in on the poe trade page for sure.

Any hints, tipps? Is this problem knwon?

Hello i play from steam and i have the same problem no characters no information except the points that i spend can someone of the support team pleas chek this problem?
