Bug Report : Electrocute Arrow not getting triggered by Shockburst Rounds

I want to report a bug where Shockburst Rounds is not getting electrocute procs after using the Electrocuting Arrow on the enemy. This is single handedly killing my build's boss killing capabilities. PLEASE fix it!!!
