Audio Bug? Widowhail Crude Bow

When equipping the Widowhail Crude Bow, I no longer get the sound FX of the draw of the string or the arrow being loosed. All other skill noises and audio seem to trigger when used, including the arrow on-hit sound FX. However, shooting the arrow is silent.

Only reason I am not sure if this is an audio bug or not, is because of the items unique description, but it seems like this is not the intended behavior for the bow.

I literally just had this happen to mine as well. Was working perfectly fine yesterday but not today. And it doesn't work for anyone, since I traded it to my friend really quick and they tried and same result. Weird bug.
