Something is terribly wrong with PSN Stash tabs and Crossplay PC/PS5
I was playing on PS5 cause on pc, it freezes. Till they fix it, I got EA key on PSN. I have a few stash tabs on PC already, but I knew PSN items are separate, so I bought a few stash tabs this weekend on PSN.
Bought a gem, a currency, a deli and a stash tab bundle, and upgraded one to premium. Today I logged on PC to see if they resolved the freezing, run around tound and opened the stash. I did nothing else that I can remember. Didn't even play, I just loaded clearfell a few times. Now this afternoon, I'm back on PS5... and my stash tabs are all messed up. Many have lost their affinity, their order is wrong but the worst part of it all is that it has left on remove-only many tabs, tabs thay I bought through the psn game. Now, I have all my loot on remove-only stash tabs. I have lost my only public stash tab that I used to trade because it's marked as remove only and I can't edit it's options. Even the standard, initial stash tabs are remove only. I have a few of the ones I bought that still work, but I am terrified of playing now. Is this an ongoing/known issue? Edit: it got worse, I used the options to show/hide unavailable tabs, and my public tab with my offered loot for trading dissappeared, and now some random stash tab is set as public. Tried everything I could think of, the tab that was my public one and that had a few items I was trying to sell isn't anywere.

I have a simular issue. I have only played on PlayStation, and was granted an EA for ongoing support. Before that, i wanted to have an email associated and found out it was bind to a super old pc account so i merged this with the PS account. Now i've lost access to all the tabs i've bought on PoE1 (multiple premium and basically all the league specific) and all the mtx.
Not happy i decided to try unlock the situation by buying 200 more points in PoE2, and even tho my money are gone, i've never received my points. Sent 2 different email to support but no answer yet Last edited by Danielino1990#9625 on Dec 16, 2024, 12:57:38 AM

That sucks and it's worse than what happened to me, I'm sorry to hear that. Today I logged on PoE1 and I have everything, luckily. Logged to PoE2 and I have the same situation, but the missing tab has returned and it's still read-only. At this point I'm too afraid to play PoE2 lol.
Let's hope we get some kind of answer over the next days. |

I hope that this whole separation of tabs per source is just a Early Access limitation. Something to allow them to deliver earlier, or prevent duplication bugs, etc.
If I buy a tab for my account, I should be able to access it fully on any client, without limitations. |

It's on Sony, not on them. But I agree, it shouldn't be doing this. It's like it transferred the "PSN status" to some other tabs, and when I say I don't want to see them, it changes them again till I log out.
