Sniper's Mark current state makes frenzy charge Deadeye terrible to play (and resonance monk)

The closest related mechanic in the game would be curses ... you curse a target, you get an AREA effect, maybe your next skill gets a considerable area damge increase maybe you make you make enemies less of a threat and no cooldown ... nice gameplay - debuff, payoff, instantly repeat

Sniper's mark gameplay feels terrible and it seens this cooldown only exists to hold back deadeye and resonance monk making them considerably less fun

You mark ONE enemy, get a single critical with bonus damage, get the charge, now you can use a payoff skill with a single charge or repeat until you get full charges to get a BIG payoff ... and EVERYBODY wants to use BIG payoff full charged skills

This single target 2-step skill with 6s cooldown needs to change ASAP this is terrible gameplay

Combat frenzy is a lot better, its unbeleivable that a passive skill with conditional trigger has the same cooldown as an active 2-step skill also with a conditional trigger
