Ingenuity bug with Demon Form

Ingenuity works the wrong way making Demon From cd longer instead of shorter.

Ingenuity lowers the cooldown of Demon Form to around 30 sec in the tooltip but in reality the cooldown is much longer than without the support gem. Ingenuity works the wrong way making Demon From cd longer instead of shorter.

Did some testing and this is only when using Second Wind and Ingenuity.

When Using only Second Wind the cooldown is exactly the 40 seconds stated by the tooltip.

If you use both Second Wind and Ingenuity the tooltip says 30.77 seconds but is actually 1 minute and 6.?? seconds.

As a matter of fact using only ingenuity makes the tooltip say the cooldown is 15.38 seconds but it's actually less than 13 seconds.
