Eye of winter + scatter shot doesnt work?

I'm able to slot scatter shot into Eye of winter but it doesn't appear to do anything or work as expected.
Am I missing something, is it a bug that it isn't working or that the gem is compatible? Last bumped on Jan 12, 2025, 11:04:13 AM

i get what herbalist says, but it seems like it does nothing at all..
i'm trying to use it on frost wall consume freeze and do lot of damages but seems like it doesnt work. i'll try unleash as suggested |
