Issue Resolved... Not a bug...

Details:

I tried equipping a two-handed mace named Ghoul Brand Crumbling Maul with Level 38 and 88 STR requirements. My level 39 Warbringer has 101 STR. When I try to equip this item it says 'I must train harder'. The weapon I am replacing does not have any STR as a stat.

I found the issue. With the Keystone, Giant's Blood, the requirements are 3x the requirement, which means I need 163 more STR. My bad!! :)
