Base Equipment Transmog

Huge shout outs to the artists and designers for the base equipment appearances! They did a fantastic job nailing the aesthetic of the game and the equipment looks incredible.

It would be great if we could take the appearances of armor that we've acquired and apply it over the top of our current equipment. I realize this may be antithetical to the MTX store, so I'm reluctant to say it, but even that would be acceptable. I don't dislike many of the MTX cosmetics, but sometimes I want the more grounded appearance of some of the items in the base game.
