Charged Staff stopped working

I have been using Ice Strike with Charged Staff, and everything has worked great. I decided to check Tempest Flurry. Changed the skill, and Charged Staff only fired once for the whole duration. Thought maybe Tempest Flurry does not work or something (am tired). Swapped back to Ice Strikes to see that here it does not work either.

Need help. Character bricked :(

Edit: Didn't know Exise adds a cooldown to Charge Staff waves attack. Please close the thread :)

Same Charged staff stopped shooting little waves for me a couple days ago.
